Cant stress enough how high Dylan Harpers ceiling is. This is a guy who has potential to be a top 5 player in the league. Spurs are absolutely loaded. I didnt make an actual mock draft to post. I wasnt getting this active on posting until recently. Had my mental rankings and expectations but didnt put pen to actual paper. Obviously all starting to change. I like your list though, a lot of guys we share the same optimism on. Philon Carr Zuby Karim Sergio all could have went higher this year. A few guys you had a lot lower than I did, Morez Steinbach were both lottery for me. Ament and Cenac late teens early 20’s. One glaring omission on your list….wheres Jayden Quaintance??? 🤯

Demars gonna bring solid mid-range scoring, isolation creation, and hes still a very reliable get a bucket guy who can take pressure off Murray and Jokic. High-value secondary creator on a min deal.

Definitely a good fit. Heat really needed his shooting. Klay is gonna open up a lot of space for Giannis/Bam/Davion to operate. Giannis’s gravity driving in the lanes gets shooters free looks, and Klay is the exact type of catch and shooter whos gonna punish defenses for collapsing. Good low risk addition that makes the whole offense harder to guard.

Hes perfect in SA tbh. Playing with that unit is gonna allow and enable him to go to a completely different level. The system and supporting cast fit him perfectly. @KaiBOBOtto @Fullcourtpass @KalshiHoops Advanced metrics are extremely close (some slight edges to Franz, some to Castle). Castle has the higher defensive versatility score + elite POA grades and matchup difficulty. That’s the more impactful role in todays NBA.

Im completely unbias. Castle is just the better defender. Elite POA lockdown (A+ grades, near All-Defense in year 2), regularly locks up SGA/Brunson/Luka/Cade/etc. Wagner has size & switch versatility (1-5) + slight edge in some advanced metrics, but Castle’s on-ball impact + matchup difficulty win out. Its not a debate, its facts. Castle is the more impactful defender.
