They usually burn out fast in clinical practice. Weird people who can hold it together to consistently see clients are the best we can get.

@CynicalPublius The increased diagnosis of ASD is nearly all on the high-functioning end of the spectrum. Low-functioning ASD is relatively easy to diagnose and the numbers are pretty stable. We still need improvement to the accuracy of high-funtioning diagnosis, which is slowly happening.
