I take this as a mandate to pursue the agenda of affordability and fairness on behalf of every resident of Lanark and Frontenac Counties. Thank you for once again putting your trust in me.

Thank you to all volunteers who helped me to win a ninth term in the House of Commons. And thank you, most of all, to the more than 33,000 voters in this riding who cast their ballots for my party, my leader, and our agenda of affordability for all Canadians. 1/3
Yesterday, a higher proportion of the eligible voters cast their ballots for me, than had ever been true, in any of the eight prior elections in which I have been a candidate. 2/3
A new Conservative government will bring in the Accountability Act 2.0 to clean house, end corruption and put Canada First:
✅Ban shadow lobbying so politicians work for you
✅Increase fines for ethics violations to $10,000
✅Require politicians to disclose where they filed taxes for the last 7 years
✅Mandate new Party leaders to disclose assets within 30 days and new Prime Ministers to divest within 30 days
Vote for change. Vote Conservative.
Last night, President Donald Trump endorsed Mark Carney.
Why? Because, as Trump said, he’s “easier” to deal with, and knows that I will be a tough negotiator and always put Canada First. Carney is weak and would cave to Trump’s demands, just like he did when he moved his company headquarters from Canada to New York City.
Canadians don’t want a weak and conflicted leader. They want a strong Prime Minister who will put Canada First.
You act surprised. We are reaping what you sowed.
This is what happens when a Prime Minister spends 9 years pushing toxic woke identity politics, dividing and subdividing people by race, gender, vaccine status, religion, region, age, wealth, etc.
On top of driving people apart, you systematically break what used to bring us together, saying Canada is a “post-national state” with “no core identity.”
You erased our veterans and military, the Famous Five and even Terry Fox from our passport to replace them with meaningless squirrels, snowflakes and a drawing of yourself swimming as a boy.
You opened the borders to terrorists and lawbreakers and called anyone who questioned it racist.
You send out your MPs to say one thing in a mosque and the opposite in a synagogue, one thing in a mandir and the opposite in a gurdwara.
You have made Canada a playground for foreign interference. You allowed Iran’s IRGC terrorists to legally operate here for four years after they murdered 55 of our citizens in a major unprovoked attack.
You passed laws that release rampant offenders from prison within hours of their 80th arrest.
And what is the result? Assassinations on Canadian soil, firebombings of synagogues, extremist violence against mandirs and gurdwaras, over 100 churches burned or vandalized (with barely any condemnation from you), all for a total 251% more hate crime.
And, while you were dancing, Montreal was burning.
We won’t let you divide us anymore. Call an election now.
We will fire you and reclaim our citizenship, our values, our lives, our freedom and, most of all, our country.
Today, 6 MPs descended on Kingston and the Islands to door knock and hear directly from voters about their frustrations and struggles. People want a change in government in Ottawa, and our team is ready to meet the challenges head on.
On this sad anniversary, we can put a candle in our window to show our solidarity with the victims of this crime, and our opposition to bigotry and violence toward members of any faith community.

Today, January 29, we mark the 7th anniversary of the heinous murder of six of our fellow citizens who were killed solely for practising their faith in peace, in their place of worship, because they were Muslim.

Violence & bigotry directed against religious believers, based on their religion, is inimical to a free, peaceful, plural society. I stand with victims of anti-religious bigotry & violence. Canada must be a place for people of all faiths and creeds to live in peace & liberty. 2/
There are many titles to choose from, but I think we should probably start with As Long as the River Flows, which was a finalist for the very first Burt Award for First Nations, Inuit and Métis Literature, back in 2013. 6/6
I was saddened to learn of the passing of James Bartleman, the former Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, at the age of 83. I had a personal connection to James, who was the former owner of the house in Perth which became my family’s home in 2014. 1/6
upon learning of his passing we resolved to read one of them together this month, in the car, as we and the kids go on our annual road-trip camping vacation. 5/6
