@maxfawcett There has only been a "Liberal" government for 3 years of that chart (2016-2019). The rest were minority governments where all parties had a chance to steer policy. The Conservatives didn't want to work with others. Blaming is more fun I suppose.
@WBrettWilson@liberal_party@PierrePoilievre While there are many layers to my argument that blaming Liberals in isolation is weak.
Since 2019 we have had a minority government. Why couldn't the Conservatives find a way to work with the Liberals or team up against them so they could help steer policy?
Trump on NATO: If the United States was in trouble and we called them and said we've got a problem. You think they're going to come and protect us? I’m not so sure
It’s easy to fail when you’re spending someone’s money without accountability - wonder how many rockets he is willing to sacrifice if the money comes out of his pocket (xitter excluded - lol).
Just a reminder my Canadian friends. Many spring projects.
Home Depot is 100% American owned. The owner is Bernard Marcus is a huge Trump supporter.

I’ll be using “alternative options” to stream. 😂
Feel free to leave IPTV, alternative options in the replies. 🇨🇦
@Westower_Canada@Westower_Canada had our internet cut to our house by your contractors this morning. Aside from a sympathetic person on the phone how to you plan on making this right? No phone, no internet, no TV.
That's a significant impact in this day and age with very real financial impacts
@breakfasttv There are many very real financial struggles. There is also a lack of discipline financially. Eating out or food delivery, coffee shops, unnecessary spending on disposable things, wasted money on tech, games etc.
@CATCA5454 This highlights two problems.
1st the shortages of controllers, while there are no short term fixes, there is some hope.
2nd operators knowingly selling seats that can't be delivered is a problem.
The capacity of the system is known and purposely being ignored.
An ongoing air traffic controller shortage at the New York TRACON has motivated the FAA to extend relaxation of slot use requirements at the three main New York airports. By using larger equipment on fewer flights, traffic has dropped by 6% but the number of passengers carried has gone up 2%. The FAA says it is continuing to address the staff shortage. “The FAA is working closely with the National Air Traffic Controllers Association to implement a long-term solution to resolve ongoing low staffing levels at the New York TRACON.”

Air traffic controllers in Canada maximize arrival and departure rates to maintain airline schedules and the demand for air travel. In planning out these rates, a number of factors must be taken into consideration. Runway conditions, construction, weather, the traffic mix, and arrivals versus departures are all assessed throughout each and every day to ensure optimal and safe movement rates. While these factors are constantly being taken into consideration, air traffic controllers have limited control over most of these occurrences, and must always prioritize safety above all else. Read the article below, to see how NAV Canada perceives the nature of delays, and what initiatives in traffic management are being undertaken to respond to these issues.
