@Xenon61098 Is anyone who transferred to AST/Equiniti/NBH basically hosed? Or, could there be some potential options or resolution for those folks too?
@JunkSavvy I asked Fidelity to transfer my shares to AST and they agreed to do it. It's been several days now and no movement. I've heard of others experiencing the same thing.
@JunkSavvy Whitney Webb (author) has made some GREAT points about the obvious concerns with Public/Private entities. When someone from a major institution can dual as a member at a regulatory body, that should be a big concern.
@JunkSavvy You're right, regarding share count. It's not what they're saying at the SEC/FINRA. It's what they're not saying that indicates that they're avoiding a known issue. This illegal/offshore short-selling loophole nonsense is rampant. How come no ban in short-selling in the US?
@JunkSavvy This may be a common/pedantic question, but what are the pros and cons to transferring to AST? Fidelity finally seems to be able to move my shares from my IRA, but I could use some information on why (or not) anyone would transfer their shares.
@lisaabramowicz1@FNez__Bllogger Probably the same kind of bozos who made MMTLP tradeable and annihilated it, so they could fund campaigns for regulators who won't push the SEC to go after them.
@Giftsonglass@MikeCrapo Watched it. Thank you Mike! Great questions! Gensler was tap dancing and playing coy like he barely knows about MMTLP. He knows...
I wrote an article about $NWBO:

I encourage everyone to read it. What is happening with NWBO is astounding and our persistent retail investor has hung on through it all.
I believe we will all be much better off when this story comes to its' ending.
