@RickBellwrites Pretty funny how there's a massive privacy breach and breach of what little trust there was left with the government and you're writing about fucking bike lanes. Honestly, I wonder how you still have a job
@billmaher Boomers: "Things are easier because of technology."
Homes are 7x more expensive. Tuition is up 125%. Household debt is up 216%.
It’s never easy to admit your generation had it easier, but as the math shows, you did.
@Midnapore1234@Darren_G_YYC@GregGinYYC@Landonforward14 You're right it does. Harder to say that for Walden because, again, not fully built out, no census has been done. That said, Beltline still wins for most people per hectare by a lot in the latest census. I wouldn't expect that to change in the next one either.
@Midnapore1234@Darren_G_YYC@GregGinYYC@Landonforward14 Also, most new Area Structure Plans target around 30 to 40 units per hectare. So, not even close to the same density of the Beltline, which I might add, is getting much denser.
Watching political opportunists claim that a few million spent on public art and bike lanes is to blame for the multi-million dollar premature failure of water infrastrucure.

@HeresyYyc@daniellesmith@Alberta_UCP@albertateachers Yeah, stuff those kids back in those massive classrooms that are so conducive to learning, where they belong. That's not doing any damage at all... read a book.
@ikwilson@liberal_party Ah yes, the classic "blame the Liberals" solution to everything. This strike isn't just about pay, it's about enforceable class size caps (you know, that thing every other province has). And by your logic, shouldn't we stop voting UCP for this "unprecedented migration."
