@TicketmasterCS Note the complaint was raised on the 26th Novmber and still no reply of substance despite me providing all the information requested immediately. All I have had since the 26th is delay after delay and no actual reply or action

@TicketmasterUK how do I get a complaint resolved that is now 3 weeks old around the purchase of tickets for a 230pm event, receiving confirmation of the purchase for 230pm to then receive tickets for a later showing at 730pm. This is a Christmas gift that now can't be given !

@richardbridge1 for a result and needs some form of clinical setting for results. LFT should not be used for mass synptomless testing. Boris and all governments worldwide have focused on cost first, which is no surprise

@richardbridge1 LFT are designed to confirm a case with symptoms and a strong viral load. The early LFT rarely give a false positive but are about 50% successful at detecting infection. The only accurate method is PCR which is 99% accurate. It just costs £100 a test and takes 2 1-2 hours

@york_travel @IndieGoDelivery @UniOfYork @YorkCycle @YorkBikeBelles Is there an equivalent for street lighting? 3 or 4 street lights in a row are out on Hamilton drive just near the primary school. It's very dark in that area which won't be ideal for those doing a school run in the dark soon
