Another big game for the boys this afternoon! The pitch has held up well in the recent Lancashire weather and it would be great to see a big crowd to back the boys!

Football is a funny old game at times…you think you’ve seen it all and then....

Brig never seemed to quite get going today but congratulations also to @theyellows who were excellent from start to finish!👏🏻

Still 9 huge games to go&there will be lots of twists & turns to come!

[Bamber Bridge FC @BamberBridgeFC]

Full time and Brig are beaten 1-0

[Scott Ward @ScottWardSec]

My thoughts and condolences are with all his family and friends at this time.

[Scott Ward @ScottWardSec]

RIP Arthur 🤍🖤 I never had the pleasure of meeting Arthur since joining the club, but everyone I spoke always told me what a warm, friendly and fantastic man he was and brilliant servant of the club, which wouldn’t be where it is today without him!

[Bamber Bridge FC @BamberBridgeFC]

It is with a heavy heart, that we have been told that the club president has passed away at the age of 95.
Arthur Jackson has been president for many years and a stalwart of the football club. From player to president he has seen it all, even from his bedroom

[Scott Ward @ScottWardSec]

Couldn’t agree more! @Liversedge_FC were excellent hosts last night and everyone I spoke to (management, club officials, volunteers, fans) were very welcoming! 👏🏻

[Bamber Bridge FC @BamberBridgeFC]

Massive thank you to @Liversedge_FC for their hospitality this evening! Excellent club and their players battled hard tonight and were a tough opponent.

Best of luck for the remainder of the season 👊🏻

[Scott Ward @ScottWardSec]

Great win by the lads last night 👏🏻 still buzzing!

Plus - I managed to do an adequate job as stand in on the social media (I think 😂).
