@chrissvetlik @edlazere @NOLAPaulG This is still true, an auto-gratuity is at best confusing, because it is not a gratuity and CANNOT be treated as such by the restaurant. The AG has since given guidance that "help my people" would be misleading, but no matter what its called its not a gratuity if automatic.
