Enercare - We are going on five days without hot water in my home from a rented hot water tank that was installed just one year ago.

I chose to rent the tank for added security and peace of mind. A technician came out quickly, but after his visit, we were left with no hot water at all. He said he needed to return with a part. When I called for an update, I was told there is no ETA, and the technician will call me 'when the part is in.' He said he could clean up the part, but it won’t last. I had hoped he would have done that for at least the duration this has taken, to at least leave us with hot water. However, he did not.

This is completely unacceptable service, especially because my autistic daughter cannot tolerate the sensation of freezing cold water on her skin. The lack of hot water is causing her and all of us significant distress.

I need this resolved urgently.
