As our summers get warmer some of our people have asked for shorts to be provided as part of our uniform. I’m pleased to say that #TeamWAST will soon be able to access shorts for use at work in the summer months to make working in the hot weather more comfortable.
Ross @LibraryUoL know how to keep student morale up when deep in studies… cereal bar this morning followed by fruit at lunchtime then a packet of fruit pastels after finding a card hidden in the library. Little things but certainly go a long way and it’s appreciated #thankyou

I do think that OSCEs have a place to demonstrate competence but from past feedback centred around a lack of realism, we too need more immersive simulation days to allow theory to practice
Really enjoyed creating and facilitating this immersive scenario to aid the second year @UoL_Paramedics student paramedics with their continuing development and to prepare them for their OSCEs and beyond into their careers 🪩🎶🚨🚑
Noisy, dark nightclub toilets, loud music, flashing lights, a bouncer who wants this GCS8 lady out of his toilets, a drunken annoying friend, who just wants her friend to get up and go for a pizza! Who’s spotted the insulin card in her pocket…Glucagon or Glucose? #realisticOSCEs
