The court ruled that OHIPs actions were unlawful and unreasonable. So OHIP decided to change the laws so their actions are now lawful again. There were no debates or discussions. It was done through @fordnation and @SylviaJonesMPP’s Cabinet in secret

Said “today is a happy day.”

Mississauga quietly rolled out a network of license plate reading cameras across the city.

What they tell you: the cameras are only for catching criminals.

What they won't confirm: that your data stays in Canada, isn't shared, isn't kept forever, and isn't used for anything else.

Basic questions.

She gave zero answers.

These same “Flock systems” are now in front of US Senate hearings over mass surveillance.

Ours arrived with no debate at all.
