The court ruled against the province. Said their actions were unlawful and unreasonable, given the current laws. So the province decided to change the laws instead.

The court ruled that OHIPs actions were unlawful and unreasonable. So OHIP decided to change the laws so their actions are now lawful again. There were no debates or discussions. It was done through @fordnation and @SylviaJonesMPP’s Cabinet in secret
