@hardloopuk, I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered, and despite requesting an update on the delivery, I have received no communication. The item has been dispatched but is saying exception, whatever that means. It’s now been 8 days since the order was placed.

Can’t believe that the health board are contemplating closing the stroke facility at Bronglais. @BenMLake, this is a disgrace, leaving Mid Wales very exposed. Their stroke pathway in my opinion is one of the best in Wales.

@DHLPareclUK_ yet another failed delivery when someone was home to accept it. Message saying tried to deliver at 1111 hrs today. However no email to say a failed delivery until 1751hrs. Shocking customer service yet again. This is the 3rd time in as many months.

@DHLParcelUK, despite asking on numerous occasions, I’m still waiting for details on how to make an official complaint regarding a recent delivery. I’ve notified the company who I bought the items off as well so they are aware of the poor service.

@DHLParcelUK, you need to be 100% sure that when you say you’ve tried to deliver that you actually have. Been waiting all day but apparently I was out when you tried. No missed card and nothing on my CCTV

@DHLParcelUK I’ve waited in all day for an urgent parcel. I’ve check my tracking and it says that you tried to deliver at 1800 hrs today, which is untrue as there is no calling card and I was home along with the rest of the family.
I feel this is wholly unacceptable

@WGTransport @transport_wales @WGTransport, not in the rural areas. Maybe you should leave Cardiff and visit rural Wales where bus services are severely lacking. There is a Wales outside of Cardiff.

@WGTransport @transport_wales Very few buses in the rural area, so the car is the only viable option. Maybe someone form the WG needs to get out of Cardiff and visit rural communities to see the issues that are there regarding public transport. Wales is much bigger than the M4 corridor.

@Amanwy @Amanwy, maybe for urban areas, however in Rural Wales where public transport is scarce, and not at regular intervals, private cars are the only means of getting around. Maybe you need to come and visit and see what it’s like for Rural communities

@BenMLake @BenMLake, it would be nice to see tariffs that take into account single fuel only. A large part of rural Wales can’t take advantage of the dual fuel tariffs as they are only supplied with electricity. Heating is done by either, electrical heaters, oil, LPG or solid fuel.

@Amanwy @HuwWill102 @Amanwy, what are you plans for better public transport in Rural mid and west Wales. Poor bus service, no North South train. Private car is the only viable option.

@TheSecretPubli2 @DavidJonesMP Yes they do but only 20mph above the posted speed limit so a reduced speed. In rural Wales the majority of fire and rescue are retained, therefore they will take longer to get to their station to respond in the first instance, no dispensation in their own private vehicles
