Opinion only-I doubt the Plaintiffs had actual proof any of this happened which creates ethical questions. So let’s call it like it is - this was a frivolous lawsuit in order to make money & the Plaintiffs knew they wouldn’t get Jack Shit from a jury or a Judge!

Well now that Marcus 🤡 has put the settlement agreement on the internet let’s set the record straight. 1) Dr. Ingmire & Dr. Dorrel were dismissed w/ Prejudice before this settlement was entered; 2) Mediation is required by Fed. Rules of Civil Proc. for both parties to attend.

Based off experience these totals the Plaintiffs will receive are very minimal. If there was ANY validity to their allegations, trust me Plaintiffs would laugh at this offer, go through the discovery process and wait it out to get A LOT more money; nor agree to dismiss parties!!

@NPNowClem Let me state that again it is REQUIRED for BOTH parties to attend mediation through the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure REGARDLESS. IF there was any validity to their FALSE allegations they would have fought tooth and nail for more money. A LOT more money. #dipshidiot
