@AetnaHelp We will see. I highly doubt it. I hate that I have to go full Karen just to get the most basic service from @Aetna @cvspharmacy

@Aetna and @cvspharmacy insurance is trash.

They can't find a doctor in their own network. Twice they've assigned me a PCP that isn't even in network.

I'm struggling with unemployment, and I'm in a mental health crisis, and these losers can't even tell who is in their network

@AetnaHelp Y'all are terrible. Nobody wants to help out on the line. Two disconnects now, and the only doctor in your network near me is over a month and a half out, and the office manager was condescending before they also hung up.

5th, I was cycled back after thirty minutes, an hr later I got an answer. I wasn't sure what dept it was, and then they hung up.

203 calls later, I'm back in the cue.

Call me a #karen idgaf. #irs is inefficient and ineffective at anything they do except for steal from us.

Oh, cool! After thirty five minutes on hold, I was cycled over, and start from scratch.

Y'all are terrible. You decide to steal over half my return, which is life and death to me. Now I have a sixty minute hold, and HOPEFULLY it's to the right department.
