@blobtower@MitchellOpitz@BRMadjv Oh and asked a friend of mine with a couple music degrees and much more music theory knowledge than me, and he said it was 5/8 as well haha
Alright #musictheory nerds, what's the time signature on this new @BRMadjv track? I can't seem to figure it out. @blobtower help? https://t.co/1Ns0Zgqo21 Really dig the track a lot though.
@blobtower@MitchellOpitz@BRMadjv Haha, that’s the way to do it, just play based on feel. It’s so unique, love the vocals and drums on it! Excited to hear the rest of the album
Can anyone tell me why @thekillers never play in Charlotte, NC, and haven't been to NC since 2013? Did something happen that I missed? Seems like quite a vendetta against the state for some reason. #thekillers#tour
@nightwindsmusic 100%, just ole John Mayer doing John Mayer things. I thought he was gonna lean into the 80s-early 90s soft rock feel, but nah, here's 9 more songs that sound like my last 3 albums.
@SandmanStocks Sadly just $RBLX in the green for me today. I need to constantly remind myself to book gains and not baghold for too long. Got burned on 3 different stocks today because of it. One of those 'learn from your mistakes' situations :(
@donnylumpkins Had the same problem. Found a royalty free music player called Pretzel Rocks that has stations broken down into genre. Still working on repairing my algorithm on Spotify now tho.
Super shady, but a reality. Biggest lesson, make sure you own what you create, whether through someone creating it specifically for you, or through purchasing the full licenses on these sites. Don't let these guys sweep the rug out from under you.
In a music industry obsessed with viral songs, execs are buying the beats behind fast-moving hits — sometimes without singers' knowledge. Some see this approach as shrewd and necessary, but others say murky ethics can turn a breakthrough into "a nightmare" https://t.co/kZM2SnY0Fe
