@Molson_Hart my account health got down to a "40" last month due to a massive, aggressive bot-scraping of weapon-related accessories that they dinged as restricted. That would've been immediate suspension before. So much easier to work with now. *ur post sounds like WM)
I think I'm done with "free 15m consults". The majority of people never show up. Zero respect for my time or the 30+ years of expertise I'm offering. These appointments lock me into a meeting where I could've done other things.

Don't get sued! That's right, now ANOTHER compliance issue the lawyers can drool over. This is based on a NY law and AI-based people in your ads. $5K fines.
ht: @andrewfoxwell for breaking it.

Hey @StubHub today my son and I decided to buy tickets on your app for the Braves Pirates game Saturday June 6th and the price for EVERY single ticket on my son’s account in the stadium is less expensive than every ticket offered to me on my account for the exact same section, row & seat number. I opted this time to pay $10 more per ticket > $116 > for section 137 when my son had them available for $106 ONLY because Chase gives me a $150 credit every 6 months. I took my screenshot below after I bought my $116 tickets but you can see in every other section the pricing difference. Are you charging @Chase cardholders more because I get a $150 semi-annual credit with Chase Sapphire Reserve every 6 months? I can’t figure out any other reason why I have to pay more? What’s the deal here? I called your customer service and they couldn’t answer the question!
I’ve shown parts of our SOS survey article to a few people this week.
Everybody has been pretty shocked.
I’m saving the data for the full piece, that will drop soon, but some of the open responses hit a chord.
“Once confidence is gone, capital and attention start flowing elsewhere.”
“We used to be all about bringing innovation to the marketplace… now our focus is how to be D2C first and use Amazon as an extra channel.”
“Amazon risks losing its edge as a place for brands to launch new ventures.”
That is the real issue.
Not fees in isolation.
It’s whether Amazon is still creating enough opportunity for great sellers to keep building there first.
Full article coming later this week.
