Amazon acknowledges that some brand owners received NWD removal warnings by mistake.
The remaining question is whether anyone with the correct Brand Representative role actually lost listings or encountered inventory restrictions when enforcement began.

ASGTG Nostalgia: January 15, 2020
The attendee who skipped every presentation because the networking was too good!
Here's a fun one from ASGTG's 6th Annual Conference, held January 15, 2020, in Brooklyn.
According to your original recap, the event attracted 850+ attendees, including sellers traveling from Israel and across the United States.
Amazon's Account Health team and Walmart representatives were also there meeting sellers.
But one attendee's feedback stood out: He reportedly didn't attend a single presentation because the conversations outside the conference room were so valuable!
Interesting case from the Amazon Seller Forums.
A seller reports receiving rocks instead of a $3,900 intercooler. They documented the return, reported the suspected fraud, and subsequently had their reimbursement claim denied.

What documentation, escalation steps, or refund procedures have helped you resolve high-value return disputes?
Great work, @Whatnot! Love seeing the momentum. Would be great to have you at the ASGTG event on May 20.

Can’t verify because your page is broken.
Reported the bug → case auto-closed because my account is suspended. How exactly is a seller supposed to escape this? I need a human, not a bot.
A seller reports spotting a beta real-time chat feature in Amazon Seller Central, also mentioned at Amazon Accelerate 2026.
Anyone else seeing this feature?
This happened when I tried to get my Grok Bot to order stuff for me on Amazon.
“Continued access by an unauthorized AI agent violates Amazon's Conditions of Use, to which our customers have agreed.”
My bots can no longer access Amazon for orders or anything.
An Amazon brand owner suspects its own factory is supplying an unauthorized competitor.
A test purchase reportedly revealed product packaging the brand had never released.
Could manufacturers be quietly competing against their own customers?
An Amazon seller reports that Amazon just found nine books they shipped to FBA back in 2010.
That's 16 years ago.
Some were apparently sitting in fulfillment centers that
didn't even exist when the books were originally shipped.
What's the oldest inventory Amazon has ever mysteriously rediscovered for you?
