@GAofNYC It is true. I am more frustrated than usual suggesting public restrooms to my guests, as there are even fewer than usual (which was already bad prior to Covid).
As guides resume tour work, a top feedback we get from visitors returning to NYC is how the lack of public seating and restrooms has made the city feel less welcoming to them than they remember it.
