Track managers are under fire every race meeting. You can’t offer a soft 5 every meeting of the year.

The racing industry needs an overhaul. Got too long trackwork riders have been employed under the guise of casual employment, but should be employed as permanent part-time, and they should be entitled to entitlements pro-rata.
