I think he is a similar player to Lad, but Lad is the better player.

My disagreement was with your initial comment that Poles is "light years ahead of Pace". Poles has not guided us anywhere other than being the worst team in football for 22 and our trajectory appears similar for 23.

Tearing it down is not the difficult part. Building something is the hard part, and how many building blocks do you see on this roster?

We accept mediocrity too much, and we pump up the upside for guys like Brisker, Stevenson DT's. Maybe one or more will be great, but who knows.

He has similar height/weight/length as Buckner in Indy. Both rely on power and length to win, and both have less than elite twitch.
