QA Pro + Video Gamer = Being AWESOME

[Scotty Venza @ScottyRewind]

@ATTHelp what's happening with the fiber Internet in Austin? Multiple video streaming services won't load, smart home devices losing connection, and the few things that do load are incredibly slow. Looking online, it seems I'm not the only one. And yet your site says no outage?

[Scotty Venza @ScottyRewind]

@UPS love that I paid extra for expedited shipping only for the driver to leave a 'signature required' notice in the package kiosk and not come up to my apartment to get the signature. Was here all day, even checked my doorbell cam to be sure, nothing. 🙄

[Scotty Venza @ScottyRewind]

@AskTarget @Target why are y'all still accepting orders if the app is down right now? It just took my money and my order vanished out of the app with no confirmation email. If I saw there was an issue beforehand I wouldn't have placed an order.

[Scotty Venza @ScottyRewind]

@UberEats @UberEats nothing? Can't even get a response?

[Scotty Venza @ScottyRewind]

@UberEats essentially Uber took money for a product that I did not receive, and when I reached out to support and asked to speak to a manager after they repeatedly said no with no reason, they are closing my chat with no response. Is this an acceptable interaction in your eyes?

[Scotty Venza @ScottyRewind]

@VaroBank I'm trying to ask a very simple question to the chatbot in the app which it's not answering, and when I ask to speak to a person, it lists different team names that are greyed out and can't be typed and I'm stuck in a loop with the bot. Please help!

@hulu_support is there a way to watch a recording in progress from the beginning? Had trouble last night using the ‘play from start’ option with it just going to where it was live and wouldn’t let me rewind as well 😞

[Scotty Venza @ScottyRewind]

@YouTubeTV First Roku, then NBC, and now this? @DIRECTV Stream or @Hulu live are looking very tempting

[Scotty Venza @ScottyRewind]

@YouTubeTV If they do strike a deal, here comes another price increase 😔#directvstream is looking more tempting by the day at these prices and with regional channels being available

@TMobileHelp heya so I was told to wait till the 6th last week before activating youtube tv so I can get the promo, but I just went to my account and I don't see any options for youtube tv. how can I get set up?

[Scotty Venza @ScottyRewind]

@TMobileHelp how do I redeem the t-vision/youtube tv discount? it says I should have a link when I log in, but I'm not seeing anything under addons/account or anything.
