Extremely disappointed in the service I have received from @curryspcworld @TeamKnowhowUK ordered a tv online 4 weeks ago, heard nothing so I made contact and now told the item is discontinued. Pretty sure that I should have been made aware of this!! Helpful!! 😤

@TeamKnowhowUK @sloprobson Update on the TV. Original order cancelled due to being discontinued, took 4 weeks to let me know and refund issued.
10% goodwill offered which I took and purchased a more expensive tv. New tv arrives this evening with the screen smashed to pieces. Next step @curryspcworld?
