@bigmattpaulsen Coworker that has similar paces and such as me in the Sprint Tri’s I do has been training since February for IM Chatanooga in two weeks. Sometimes it motivates me and I really wanna do it. Then he tells me about his 6 hr bike ride followed by 45Min run and I just can’t fathom it

Off work since Monday evening. Hurricane evacuation closed my plant. But also closed the whole town. Storm was not a threat to us. So I laid floors in my sons room and my wife and daughter helped me do this 1000 pc puzzle in two days. Now to glue it and hang in our game room.
