I’ve chatted online with 2 agents online, and one on the phone, any they were polite but unless. The couldn’t do anything because the flight hadn’t been officially canceled yet, and couldn’t help with anything. They basically said “🤷‍♂️ talk to someone around the counter”

Hey @united my flight from CUN to CLE just got canceled, which is a bummer but happens, but the customer service has been abysmal. Took forever to officially cancel the flight, and when they did there was no announcement or anything.

There’s been no communication about what happening next, we’ve all been waiting in an unmoving line for a hour, different people are getting different little bits about what might happen next. Basically no communication at all.

@TeamYouTube Here it is. I just cutoff me hitting the cast button and selecting my TV. Once it starts playing, I scroll to another vid, and click it. That’s where I used to get the popup, but now it just starts playing.

Yo @YouTube I usually watch on TV, with my phone connected to browse and cue. Vids. When I touched a vid on the phone it would bring up a pop up that let me play it or add the cue, but that seems to be gone? I keep playing vids when I really want to cue them. Real frustrating.

@TeamYouTube Hard to send a screenshot of the absence of a popup. When I would be watching on my Chromecast with Google TV 4K and then connect the YouTube app on my iPhone, when I would click a video on the phone, there was a popup with the option to Play or Cue the vid. Now it just plays
