Idk if all that is true or not but i had to listen in 30 minute segments, skipped some parts and still didn't finish it. This lady is just hard to listen to. She's all over the place and sounds drunk half the time. Super annoying. The whole thing that i got from it is the people near these centers are reporting issues and data centers are being built without asking.

I think that's what she's saying when she says apply the law equally. The problem with his bet is that if the target found out that an SF guy is betting on it to happen then they are tipped off which could result in an ambush. It makes sense that cleared people shouldn't bet on this stuff but out reps definitely need to be held accountable as well. Both are true

If someone buys a house and the value goes through the roof they get screwed and its not their fault. Maybe they should ditch the property tax and put it into the state income tax so that really is based on income?
