@VZWSupport FYI, LTE and 5G service is unusable anywhere near the intersection of US 1 and Highway 312 in Saint Augustine FL. Been that way for months. Interesting that that’s the case with a Verizon store right past there. Shows signal, but no data bandwidth.

We had to totally turn off extenders and just rely on WiFi calling.

We have 2 new iPhone 12 pros on @Verizon. Live in a week signal area but have a 3G as well as a LTE extender. The new iPhones won’t work consistently with them. Doesn’t connect to 3G at all. Is this a @VerizonSupport @VZWSupport issue or @Apple ? HELP!
