So I cancel my @virginmedia contract, having been with them for over a decade, last bill - not even due to be paid until November is sent to me via a debt collector for £12.34 🤣 will no doubt get harassed from them now?? VM still calling me daily trying to keep my custom?? Bolt.

@virginmedia I'm not waiting on hold for half an hour, you'll get your 12 quid. Sending it through a debt collector before it's even due though?? VM need to reevaluate what they're doing here if this is common practice. Honestly I'm disgusted by this. What's your take on it John?
