@talkspace I hope the social media managers @talkspace feel really badly that their company defrauds the customers, charges erroneously, doesn't provide the sessions, doesn't allow cancellation online, doesn't provide refunds or respond to customer service requests. @Talkspace_CS

@IanMolony @talkspace Don't do it @MichaelPhelps. @talkspace is fraudulent, drains accounts, doesn't use insurance properly, doesn't provide the services they charge for, doesn't allow you to cancel online or on the app. Beware....scarey!

@drfredricbrandt @talkspace No dr. brandt skincare - do NOT endorse @talkspace They charge fraudulently, don't follow insurance guidelines, don't give the customer the option to cancel in the app or online, don't provide customer service responses (only bots). Really bad bad business.

@JessicaChaffer Be very careful of how you are charged and if your insurance is being used. Also, check to make sure the cancellation option is in affect on your account. Just saying. They frauded me hard.

@SSlotnik @BBCNews @betterhelp @talkspace There are lots of programs out there, including government insurance and clinics that accept it so you can get in front of a live therapist. The online programs defraud you financially, you can't cancel, erroneous charges....beware.

@Coruscating @talkspace is fraudulent. Beware on how and when they charge and the fact that you can't cancel in the app or online. I had to block their charges. Bad business.

@babyshayxo_ They are not good, fraudulent, charge inappropriately, don't work with the insurance like they say they will, the therapists in general aren't great. Can't cancel online or on the app. Scarey. Nope, Just no.

@whipped_coffee Watch out for how they begin to drain your account and if your insurance is being charged properly. They are fraudulent. Plus the site and app don't allow you to cancel.

@talkspace is fraud-ing me. They switched my plan, removed my insurance and began to draft money out of my bank for sessions I did not have. There is no option to cancel online or on the app, customer service does not respond. This is a huge problem, check all the tweets about it
