@DreyfusJames Thank you JD. You knew him better than most and love him as we did. Another picture for the album. Xx

Thank you @prontaprint for the lovely advent calendar. Haven’t bought one for myself this year so a welcome surprise. Thanks for all your support this year. You’re a pleasure to work with. 🎄

@OcadoZoom Thank you. Have emailed you.

[Kimberley Mead @ScribeCopy]

@OcadoZoom hello. Is your app down? I haven’t been able to login since Saturday so can’t place an order. Thank you.

[Kimberley Mead @ScribeCopy]

@OcadoZoom It says I cannot message your account?

[Kimberley Mead @ScribeCopy]

@OcadoZoom Hello. Yes tried that. My mum also cannot login. Had to use the web page instead to place an order. It just returns to login page again once you try to login.

@GettingPersonal can someone call me immediately. You messaged to say you couldn’t fulfil my order correctly and when I asked to cancel you said you can’t. Phone lines closed and live chat not showing on website.

@British_Airways hello. Been trying for days to call about a refund. Flight cancelled 10th March. Still no refund. Call gets cut off after selecting option 1 every time. How can I speak to someone?

@ColbourneFitnes @BorisJohnson Agree. I’m also self employed and lost half my income already and fear worse to come. Why can’t the govt just look at our last self assessment tax return and pay us 80% of that?!
