@SLC_Repayment I didn't get any letter from SLC, just a text asking me to update my employment status. As I am still unemployed, I found on the SLC website the "Third party support declaration". Could I send that by post?

@SLC_Repayment The timescale in the automated reply said I would get an acknowledgement of my complaint within 5 working days, although timescales "could be extended". It's been 10 working days now

@SLC_Repayment I just got an automated response confirming my e-mail had been received. In my complaint I included all the personal details I was asked by the customer advisor. They match exactly with those in my SAAS account.

@SLC_Repayment He then requested to write a postal mail to your headquarters in Glasgow ...to write the same details!
As I read other similar students experiences, on the 5th May I wrote to your Customer Complaints to complain about the Customer advisor. I am still waiting for a reply.

@SLC_Repayment I got a loan from SAAS and I have been trying to set up my SLC account to update my employment update since the end of April! When I called your customer service, after providing my details EXACTLY as registered in my SAAS account, he claimed that I couldn't prove it was me!
