@bungarsargon Currently the GOP is much more friendly to Jews and Israel than the Democrats. It is obvious today which party fights anti-Semitism and supports Israel. Unfortunately, many Americans, not just Jews, have NOT adjusted to the new reality. That is not betrayal but sheer ignorance.

@bungarsargon For example, in the 1930s Lindberg and others in the GOP were anti-Semitic and pro-Nazi. Even today there are elements within the Right who maintain the same level of hatred for Jews as in earlier periods.

I watched the show with HaCohen and he speaks highly of Yigal Alon that he would not evacuate territory because he was a Mapainik. What about the Alon plan of the 1970s which would relinquish 95% of Judaea and Samaria to Jordan?

@RhodesiaDaily Unfortunately I could not find any US land reform bill similar to the disasters in Rhodesia and the RSA. Or maybe I should exclaim fortunately. Do you recall that the aim of the project was the same? Now it could pass on the basis of new govt equity project.

@RhodesiaDaily Oh, now I understand. As you are most probably aware, prior to UDI, Rhodesia was known as Southern Rhodesia and part of a union of Northern Rhodesia (currently Zambia) and Nyasland (Malawi) and all three were part and parcel of the Commonwealth.
