@dfat @lydcos @dfat any chance you could add a tracker on the passports website indicating how long we should ACTUALLY be expecting to wait for a new/renewed passport? I applied for 2 renewals + a new child passport 7.5wks before I travel, well within the advised wait of 6wks & now I'm nervous

@Ticketek_AU it’s extraordinarily frustrating to not be able to speak to CS, especially when online enquiries go unanswered for over a week to change tickets for a matinee Frozen show booked for opening week & have been moved to 7pm, 2 days before Xmas. Can anyone actually help?!

@AustraliaPs5 I got through all the way to PayPal and it went to processing a few times, but wouldn’t process. I now have two transactions in my bank that have deducted $945.60 each time, via PayPal. Nothing in PP, no email from target. I’m furious

If my husband has to take tomorrow off to care for our child, that’s fine but if he doesn’t tomorrow but does from Tuesday, we won’t be able to claim the higher of the disaster payments for him and will be OOP. Some clarity would be great.
