Scrunch

Scrunch is the AI Customer Experience Platform. Don't just show up in AI. Be the answer.

[Scrunch @ScrunchAI]

Today we're thrilled to share that Scrunch is now a @Sitecore company.

When we started Scrunch, we made a bet: The primary visitor to your website wouldn't be a person. It would be a machine visiting on a person's behalf.

That belief became our mission: helping brands thrive in a world where AI shapes how customers research, evaluate, decide, and transact.

That mission isn't changing.

We'll continue operating as a standalone platform, supporting the customers and partners we serve today, and accelerating the product roadmap you'll see unfold in the weeks ahead.

What changes is our ability to move faster.

Does ranking yourself #1 in a “best of” list get AI to recommend you?

We analyzed ~10K citations.

Recommendation rates were ~7% when AI cited a brand’s own listicle vs. ~4% when it didn’t.

There’s an AI agent on your website right now. What does it see?

Probably a site built for humans, not agents.

Agent Pages fixes that by delivering a clean, AI-optimized version of your site to verified AI agents at the edge.

[Scrunch @ScrunchAI]

For the first time in internet history, machines generate more web traffic than humans.

AI agents have become a new audience every brand needs to reach.

Most companies see this as an AI visibility problem.

We see it as an experience problem for the AI agents tasked with retrieving information from your site.

So we built the solution: the Agent Experience Platform.

An always-on intelligence loop that helps brands:

👀 Observe what AI agents say and do across AI platforms and your website.

🧠 Understand what changed, why it matters, and what to prioritize.

🤖 Deliver AI-ready content directly to agents without changing the human experience.

We're rolling out the first wave starting today (available to all Scrunch customers).

Your website wasn't built for agents. Now it can be.

On AI platforms, your brand sentiment usually looks glowing…

…until you filter by “pricing” or “enterprise buyers” and see what’s actually broken.

We built Sentiment Trends to show what’s really driving perception:

📈 Track shifts over time
🎯 See what’s moving it (topics + personas)
🔍 Drill into prompts + citations

.@grok is the latest AI model supported in Scrunch.

Feels very meta posting that here on X. Lowercase meta that is. (Although, we support Meta AI too, fwiw.)

We’ve shipped a couple of small but helpful “quality-of-life” UX upgrades this week:

1/ "🆕" tags on newly added prompts (one of our most requested features).

2/ New sortable prompt columns: view and sort by persona, created date, last updated.

Both updates make it easier to review, prioritize, and manage prompts as your AI search (aka AEO/GEO) workload scales.

[Scrunch @ScrunchAI]

🆕 Data survey: 100K users. 7.6M AI search sessions. 22M GenAI interactions.

The takeaway? AI search is multi-channel.

Users bounce between conversational agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and generative overlays (Google AI Overviews) depending on intent.

Research/workflow topics lean → agents

Shopping/comparison topics lean → AI Overviews

If you’re only optimized for one channel, you’re losing visibility in the other.

[Scrunch @ScrunchAI]

💰 Human web traffic is more qualified (i.e., already primed by AI answers)

[Scrunch @ScrunchAI]

There’s a lot of talk about AI search being the next big growth channel. But there’s not a lot of concrete examples of both how to go about it OR results.

So here’s a concrete example: 3-step playbook Victor Coisne from @strapijs used to grow LLM citations by 226% in 3 months: https://t.co/ulAIdh7COg

[Scrunch @ScrunchAI]

Step 3: Optimize your site so LLMs can reliably cite it

A site audit surfaced the blockers:

→ Access issues
→ Metadata gaps
→ Formatting problems
→ Pages LLMs could crawl but not understand

Then came the targeted fixes that increased citation likelihood.

Benchmark → prioritize → optimize → repeat.
