Workshop Week in Science. Day 1- 8th grade cultured buttermilk and used it to make pancakes, extracted DNA from green split peas, and dissected diapers to remove the polymers to test the absorbency of the polymers. I say FUN! @SCSprincipal@scspta@StCathStMarg
