@lourob2@BikeBoyCrimes@DanielAndrewsMP If you’re so sure, provide your evidence. I’ve asked this before but you’ve deflected. Put up or shut up. Oh, hope you’ve lawyered up.
@lourob2@BikeBoyCrimes@DanielAndrewsMP That’s incorrect. Again with the false information and again this isn’t proof which backs up your statement.
Must do better
@lourob2@BikeBoyCrimes@DanielAndrewsMP Nothing I’ve posted is mis-information. You on the other hand have posted defamatory statements and you’ll need to be careful that someone hasn’t taken screenshots to take to lawyers. You better lawyer up.
@lourob2@BikeBoyCrimes@DanielAndrewsMP It’s not for you nor I to suppose anything. You’re ignoring the facts that I’ve posted and continue to say “witnesses state” as if that’s proof enough. You weren’t there, the police and IBWV have investigated and made their determination. Quit with the conspiracy theories
@lourob2@BikeBoyCrimes@DanielAndrewsMP Incorrect. Andrews called 000 and stayed with the boy and at the scene until police had conducted their investigation and was allowed to go home there’s an actual recording of the 000 call…
@lourob2@BikeBoyCrimes@DanielAndrewsMP You even defamed Andrews by your post even though there is zero evidence of what you say happened and he’s not been charged nor convicted. You’re not good at this….
@lourob2@BikeBoyCrimes@DanielAndrewsMP Windscreen repairs were not organized at the scene. However, police allowed Andrews to drive home after their investigation at the scene concluded.
@lourob2@BikeBoyCrimes@DanielAndrewsMP Incorrect again. IBAC evaluated the overall police investigation and handling of the crash. Furthermore, the matter has been referred/reviewed by IBAC on multiple occasions—including referrals by VicPol itself to assess potential corruption or systemic police misconduct.
@lourob2@BikeBoyCrimes@DanielAndrewsMP Again, that characterisation is inaccurate. The claim mixes up different parts of the investigation, misstates what IBAC did, and oversimplifies the roles played by Victoria Police and external oversight bodies.
@lourob2@BikeBoyCrimes@DanielAndrewsMP That’s incorrect. While IBAC reviewed Victoria Police's handling of the file back in 2017, and concluded there was no evidence of deliberate police corrupt conduct. IBAC explicitly stated in 2017 that it was not investigating Daniel Andrews, his family, or the crash itself.
