Trump cheated in 2016.
Trump tried to cheat in 2020 and got caught.
Trump cheated again in 2024.
We must pass nationwide voter ID laws so we can stop Trump and his cohorts from cheating again in 2028 and save our democracy. PASS THE SAVE AMERICA ACT TODAY! 🇺🇦💉😷✊🏿
A man walks in and takes a seat at the bar and orders 3 beers.
After he is served he takes sips from them in turn and when all 3 are finally empty he orders 3 more. The bartender, who has been watching him, has never seen such a weird style of drinking and says to the man: “You know when you leave a beer for too long it goes flat, so they would taste better if you order just one at a time.”
“Well”, says the man at the bar. “You see I have 2 brothers who I used to drink with, but unfortunately one moved to Canada and the other one moved to Australia. Now, we hardly ever see each other. So I drink a beer for me and 2 for my brothers. This way we at least try to keep this tradition alive and it feels like we’re still together.”
The bartender agrees that this is a beautiful explanation for his weird behavior and the man becomes a regular at his bar. The other customers also get used to his ritual of ordering 3 beers and drinking them in turn.
But then one day “Mister 3 Beers” comes in and orders only 2 beers. The whole bar gets silent and by the time the man orders a second round of only 2 beers, the bartender says: “I’m terribly sorry as I don’t want to intrude on your grief, but I just wanted to offer my condolences on your loss.”
The man looks puzzled, but then a smile breaks through and he says. “Thanks a lot, but everyone is fine really. It’s just that my wife had us join the Baptist church and I had to give up drinking. But my brothers are still Catholics, so it didn’t affect them.”
The FACE Act was a great compromise.
The left wanted people to be able to get abortions in peace.
I think that’s fair.
We wanted to go to church in peace.
That’s fair.
And the left agreed in large part because they probably thought “what kind of a banshee goblin fucktard would want to go and start intimidating people from going to church?”
They felt like they gave up nothing.
Fast forward and they’ve become such a bunch of nose ring gothapottamus lunatics that they can’t even leave churches alone.
The biggest story of last year, and probably the biggest story of the coming year, is the widespread discovery of the fact that we have never been more accountable to government, which can see into our lives with unprecedented clarity and monitor our utterances to the word, while it has never been less accountable to us.
On the verge of Artificial General Intelligence, so we're told, we still can't count votes, police billion dollar frauds, penetrate the chambers of elite decisionmaking, or figure out where much of our money is going and what's being done with it. This is the kind of crisis that undermines the basic legitimacy of nations and regimes. How we deal with it, or don't, will determine our fate.
Seven-year-old Cassidy Baracka vomited for over eight hours after receiving her first Covid mRNA injection.
She was then given a second dose, which proved fatal.
Despite this, her death certificate says she died from Covid-19.
I have said many times that COVID was the best thing to happen to humanity for one reason: we now know who everyone is. And we have receipts.
(I didn't make this video, thanks to whoever did)
@Freedom4Quincy@TFL1728@YouTube@CryptoRichYT Hey, @TFL1728 . Love you and Garland Nixon. Just wanted to posit that Venezuela and Cuba were probably a part of a compromise gained by the admin in Anchorage. Such a reading quells the never war reflex and accounts for the current board. Also matters for Taiwan if ARC is real.
In 2006, Al Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth” was peak climate fearmongering.
He showed maps of cities underwater, claiming melting ice from Greenland and Antarctica would displace hundreds of millions. He said our maps "would have to be redrawn."
18 years later, none of it has happened. Not even close. The apocalypse was always a decade away.
Meanwhile, the man selling the panic got rich. Very rich.
While you were told to feel guilty and lower your standard of living, Al Gore built a $300+ million personal fortune from the climate industrial complex.
He became the first "climate billionaire." He made his money from:
Green investment funds (Generation Investment Management)
Board seats & advisory roles
Massive speaking fees ($200k+ per speech)
Carbon credit trading
He didn't save the planet. He monetized your anxiety.
The truth is, the predictions were always more profitable than they were accurate.
The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act (part of 2013 NDAA) repealed the prohibition that kept the U.S. government from using propaganda on U.S. citizens.
I voted against that NDAA.
Recently, I offered an Amendment to reinstate the prohibition, but @SpeakerJohnson blocked the vote.
Idiocy in American coverage of Ukraine is a big reason why US policy keeps failing in Ukraine. Russian casualties are greatly exaggerated & the source of Russian military strength ignored: dedicated professionals in better equipped military w/ massive public support.
Grassroots Alert! A very dangerous bill in the #txlege Senate has been set on less than 24 hours notice for hearing tomorrow at 8 am in the Senate Business & Commerce Committee meeting in the Capitol Extension room E1.012.
I liken the bill to bringing the Chinese social credit system to Texas.

SB 1460 by @DonnaCampbellTX would allow the @TX_Ethics Commission the unilateral power to put Texans on an "ethics violation registry." Those Texans would then be denied all state licenses, denying their right to drive or practice an occupation. It would target doctors and lawyers and realtors, carpenters and plumbers, and electricians, and anyone who requires a license to work.
Anyone who finds themselves in the TEC's gun sites would have their entire livelihood at risk under SB 1460.
Just today, I'm defending a 71-year old woman and an 82 year old man who are being roughed up by the TEC for putting hand printed yard signs on their lawns that allegedly didn't include a required disclaimer. Their political activity isn't even regulated under law, and yet the TEC staffer brought the poor woman to tears, accusing her of "breaking the law" because she didn't print a disclaimer on her hand-made signs.
Some may say "Oh, just pay your fine!" But the TEC has taken the position that it can issue unlimited fines. In one case, they claimed they could have fined a respondent almost $250,000 without due process.
They have lately issued many fines against respondents of between 10-40,000 dollars. I've talked at length about Darnella Wilkerson - an elderly woman from Houston who was hit with a $17,500 fine for not filling out TEC forms correctly. She was hit with a default judgment because she didn't have a car in order to drive to her TEC hearing in Austin.
And those people who try to appeal? They've spent over a million dollars to the take the Sullivan case to the US Supreme Court to try to impose a $10,000 fine. They have virtually unlimited state resources to crush Texans who resist their power. Meanwhile, if you fight back, you have find a quixotic lawyer like me, or enough legal fees to pay someone to represent you for years and years.
All this means that if SB 1460 passes, Texans will be at the TEC's mercy if they engage in political activity. If accused of not filling out speech regulation paperwork correctly, or not getting the disclaimers just right, the only logical advice to Texans will be to "Pay them whatever they demand to go away." Any resistance will cost literally hundreds of thousands of dollars, and if you lose, you'll owe fines you can't pay. And if you don't pay them, you'll be made an outlaw, who can't drive and can't earn a living.
SB 1460 will make outlaws of every Texan who is dragged in front of the TEC and who can't come up with the money to pay their extortionate demands.
If you can go testify, please go tomorrow morning at 8am to say why this bill is so dangerous. You can also contact the members of the committee, including Chairman @DrSchwertner and Vice Chairman @PhilKingTX.
@nntaleb You probably know how badly you're misrepresenting the other side of the conflict here. The question is whether noncitizens have a right to the processes of American law to adjudicate their residence status. Maybe it's just the ugliness of X posting, but it doesn't serve you well
Deporting foreign students and professors for engaging solely in anti-Israel protests is the wrong metric.
We should be focused on *anti-American* activism.
