@HarveyLevinTMZ Thoses kids on your show don't really know what they are talking about like our generation. You are right that there is a cocktail made with beer called a Strip and Go Naked which I discovered durring my past Coast Guard days in southern Florida. Very tasty!
Today was my final radiation treatment at the VA hospital. Five days a week of radiation for six weeks. I am glad to be getting a bit of a break. Time to get caught up with some welding now.
Here is an article about using my robot sculptures for TV and print commercials for Stanford Hospital. You can read the entire article here: https://t.co/28NRT6i7Wq
This is Leaves of a Feather, my latest mobile sculpture. It was tricky to make because the client liked a previous mobile I had made but wanted the sizes altered. This adds a lot of extra calculating, but I'm pleased with it. Powder coating makes it all glossy and perfect.
I am interviewed today in a VoyageLA article under Inspiring East LA Stories. Check it out at: https://t.co/j5PoYGsO56…/meet-bruce-gray-sculpture-bruce-gray…/
Here is my latest stabile kinetic sculpture at it's new super cool ultra modern home in Arizona. It's sitting on top of an Ettore Sottsass pedestal, so I am in wicked good company. This amazing home is the creation of architect David Hovey, and it is named Cloud Chaser.
The orbital sanding is finally finished on this new 6 ft stainless steel paper plane sculpture. I am making 5 of these in various sizes for the outside front wall of a Shred 415 gym in Deerfield, IL.
My abstract spirals sculpture Serpentine Fire just found it's forever home, at a super cool house in Hermosa Beach. This is their 4th sculpture of mine. Thank you!
Here is my new abstract wall sculpture "Red Dot #3." It is 44x44x4, and made from steel, disk brushed stainless steel, and hot roll steel plate. I used copper and various combinations of patinas, as well as red, black, gray, and holographic paints.
The Haas Moto Museum is having their grand opening tomorrow (April 11) in Dallas, Texas and will be displaying my lifesize Motorcycle sculpture as part of their permanent collection.
The spinoff of Sons of Anarchy, Mayans MC will be premiering this June on FX. They rented a lot of my art for the show. I was on set for filming and took some great photos which I will share after the show airs. I was also interviewed which may be on the show or who knows where.
Motorcycle Sculpture by sculptor Bruce Gray as it appears on the Haas Moto Museum and Sculpture Gallery website. The Grand Opening at the Museum in Dallas is on April 11th, 2018. https://t.co/Y8KrQM10HR
@CardoScalaRider Why can I not get any tech support? No answer to emails, and get hung up on after over an hour on hold on the phone. For a company specializing in "communications" you guys kinda suck.
I just got this photograph of my motorcycle sculpture at The Haas Moto Museum and Sculpture Gallery in Dallas, Texas. They aquired it as part of their permanent collection. Grand opening coming this May. I'm really excited about this!
