At my son’s high school, the National Honor Society was 90% girls. If half the school’s students were Black, but they were only 10% of the NHS, it would have raised alarms. But because it’s boys, we hear crickets.

@joshythemad @LauraMiers Nice! My longtime doctor retired without notifying me. He sold to a Medicare-only concierge practice that deleted my medical records. I found another primary care doctor. She abruptly shuttered her practice, without warning, 18 months later.

@KazHeatCulture @the_transit_guy PBI is my main airport and FLL is my secondary, and I can’t stand the place. Security lines have improved but it’s still a dispiriting experience.
