I opened IRCTC at 08:09AM on 02-09-25, the availability of seat was 246 for HWH PURI SF EXP for 01-11-25. I booked at 08:11AM on 02-09-25 amount has been deducted but it was booked and at 08:13AM on 02-09-25 it got WL. How pathetic service is this. @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia
