From last 2 weeks there are 5 orders which shown as delivered but not delivered, raise complain multiple time but no resolution from Amazon neither there is any option for contact customer care. This is pathetic experience with Amazon, I think we shall switch to Indian

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I have a permanent understanding that Jio is not having a good service and neither they want to make it better. But this time I booked air fiber for 5 times and paid an advance of Rs. 1111/- against order ID LR00000QRJUE. No call no response, no refund yet

@reliancejio guys please act normal, it’s like Jio is giving service at North Korea, not listening to customer just do as you want to dictate. I don’t know why you put the installation on hold, no call no info just on hold, why ???

Now, don’t think I should complain, it is ridiculous to see service flow like this. It seems only @_MukeshAmbani use his brain in Jio, rest employees are not using basic sense of customer centric approach. Stop pushing msg and work on solution.

From last 10 days installation getting schedule and then putting on hold. I think only one thing working properly in Jio is push SMS. Again I got this msg, why no one able to call or giving me a proper message.

@reliancejio @AmbaniHu @MukeshAmbaniOf @JioCare Pathetic is the one word to describe Jio service. Only multiple digital push msg no solution no relevance with current situation. Neither IVR design properly. Such a big organization can’t expect this, one local ISP is also better than Jio.

EPF payment settle @socialepfo my claim number is 10006384659606008, latest by 18-02-2025 it’s showing claim settled but payment still not credited.
