The Central Bank of Myanmar has sold a further US$15 million of its reserves at auction, bringing total dollars sold since the coup to US$340.8 million. In Oct., the junta's investment minister, Aung Naing Oo, said the CBM had US$6.04 in reserve, a claim disputed by experts.

Junta soldiers and police destroyed some farmers’ fields near Nam Koi stream in Myitkyina, Kachin State yesterday without any compensation. The soldiers and police have ordered more than a dozen farmers' homes to relocate within 15 days.
