@JeanHatchet There’s nothing explicitly wrong with those heaters, but they do use 2 Kilowatts to run. Other technologies such as infrared heaters use half or quarter of the power to run.

Air-to-air heat pumps cost more and need proper installation, but they also use way less electricity

It’s a good attitude to have as it’s often a futile pursuit trying to get rid of them.

They’ll disperse eventually.

After that, other creatures will take over the tunnels. Usually field mice, shrews, voles and the like. You may then find foxes and badgers come for them

@AlanBiggs1 @JAMES2430911 Yes, they’re generally solitary animals that dig lots and lots of tunnels - many meters per day. Their main tunnels tend to be under hedges or walls where predators can’t get to them. Then they dig shallow side tunnels for feeding, which is what your lawn will be.

Moles dig really very large tunnel networks, and throw up molehills every few feet.

You may have a single one, or more likely a family, but certainly not 60 living in individual holes!
