@HowtoADHD Personally, I use the "half-assed is better than no-assed" principle. Sometimes adding toothpaste to my brush is too many steps, so I brush with just water sometimes.
To remember, my brush is right behind my bathroom mirror, and I try to brush whenever I go to the bathroom.
