Goals for fitness and dieting:
- Lose 17 kg, maybe more
- Improve my stamina to better support my poor lungs
- Improve my stomach and back muscles to support the strain on my lower back when walking for longer periods of time
- Just feel fitter overall
First time(?) bouldering until exhaustion. Usually my hands start burning before I’m truly exhausted but this time I was mindful and got to exhaust my arms !!
So far I’ve been feeling more energized because of working out :) it’s been really nice and I’m excited to go to the gym!! I wish I was like this a long time ago lmao
