@capow14@TaraBunch1@bchesky@KOINNews@KATUNews@KGWNews@wweek by the way, AirBnB told us they spoke with the host and had garaunteed that they would not come over. We later found out that conversation never took place, and airbnb lied about our safety
"If a host of an AirBnB threatens to come in the house without permission, not a violation of any policies?"
"That's correct. It's a conflict not a threat"
"I have small children, we've been threatened with someone coming in the house, that's fine?"
"That is correct"
@AirbnbHelp
Hey @Airbnb I'm staying at a property and having my physical safety threatened by the host. We've spent hours on the phone with customer service. We've been lied to, given conflicting information, and received no help. We aren't safe and you are refusing to help
@AirbnbHelp@tedwheeler Again @AirbnbHelp the owner has directly threatened to come into the house whenever they want, even though we've expressed told them not to, and been told doing so would violate Airbnbs policies. They know. They've shown they don't care.
