@UPS are a joke! “Delivery by end of day today” I was told! To a business address which should be 5pm…then I’m told 6pm…then 7…then at 7:30 I get a call that the driver went home! I stayed 3hrs in work and cancelled plans waiting for your fucking driver! Total disgrace
