An "all-or-nothing" mindset will almost always revert to doing "nothing"...
Better to adopt a "better, not best" mindset if your goal is long-term success.
Can't do the "best" thing? Odds are you can still do something to put you in a better position than you were yesterday!
It's freaky how well people are able to predict the future sometimes.
Granted, Jane McGonigal is better equipped than most - based on her particular field of education and research - to make this type of prediction, but, it's still freaky.

If your plans for 2022 include making your health and fitness a bigger priority remember that consistency is far more important than intensity.
Start with something you're 10/10 confident you can do. Do that consistently for a few weeks, THEN consider adding the next thing.
@MadoChristie ps. In spite of being a Taurus myself, this is NOT the approach I recommend when it comes to exercise (or just about anything else.)

Required being fairly proactive and calling multiple clinics, checking clinic websites, etc.
Finally got in when a clinic near us brought on a new doc that had just moved here from the UK.
Her practice was completely full within weeks.
