@united Delete my option to buy anything but regular tickets. Successful companies remove friction, not create it. Such a pain to call and tweet you to figure out your program.
@united You should do away with saver tickets. Just make it easy for customers that pay full price all the time for a full fare revenue ticket. That way a ticket is a ticket for busy work professionals that fly you multiple times a month. Thoughts?
@united What is a saver award vs an everyday award? When I buy a ticket, I always buy a normal ticket.. those I can change on the fly. Super Confusing. Can’t you just change a flight for a loyal customer like you do when I pay for my ticket? I didn’t buy “saver tickets” all of last year
@united When I flew religiously with @Delta I never felt like the program was confusing and they always went over the top. @Delta will you take me back? I’m sorry I left you. My fault!
@united That’s fine. I didn’t know that. Even at premier gold with short segments you don’t earn enough to matter. If I was more aware of how you do that I would have just paid for the ticket and not had a problem. Wish I charged you when my flights late.
@united ^KF Thanks for reaching out. I fly mostly United for business conducted in the Midwest. 30 flights round trip last year. I use miles once a year. My kids are sick, I tired to rebook my flight earlier in the day tomorrow and paid an extra 20k in points.
@united My flight at 9AM cancelled.. my 12PM flight delayed 7+ hours. I wish airlines were more transparent and helpful. I would have been fine moving my flight to tomorrow but United just kept giving bad information all day! Oh and some wasn’t weather related. (You said it was)
